Nancy is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and psychotherapist and has been practicing with Center for Christian Therapy since 2011. She earned her PhD at the University of Utah (with a specialty in Health Psychology) where she researched and published in the area of romantic relationships and their interface with physical and emotional health. Practice Areas
After doing extensive research in the area of relationships and health, Nancy became passionate about putting her research into practice through couples therapy, using Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT). She also sees adult individual clients, spanning the lifespan from young adults to senior citizens, seeking therapy for a wide range of mental health concerns. Much of her practice has focused on working with women processing current or past trauma and relationship distress. She utilizes an attachment-oriented approach from a psychodynamic therapy frame. Nancy also performs psychological evaluations for couples who are pursuing international adoption.
