Some couples choose a weekend intensive which lasts from Friday morning at 9 until Saturday night at 5 with an option to stay a second night in the Airbnb if they want. Others choose a 4 week option that includes 2-3 hours of therapy/week for 4 weeks and one overnight stay in an airbnb in Sandy.

The cost of intensives cover pre intensive materials, 10 hours of couples therapy, 3 hours of spiritual direction, a one night stay, and breakfast. The cost is $2000. If follow up sessions are needed, they are billed at $150/hour.

Some insurance companies provide out of network benefits for mental health. If yours does, they will reimburse you for some therapy after your deductible is covered. Typically they will pay for a limited amount of sessions per day however so if this is something you would like to pursue, we would recommend the 4 week option.

Our therapy is available to people from all backgrounds and we will respect your beliefs, however, it is good to know that all of our therapists are Christian and we use Biblical principles to understand and guide us in therapy. Also, the pre-intensive reading materials are based on specific Bible readings.
