Jennifer Squire is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a certified Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) supervisor.  She has a Masters in Social Work from the University of Utah and has 15 years of experience in counseling. She presents at schools, churches and therapists on a variety of topics such as marriage, parenting, and postpartum depression.  She is a consultant to other therapists and her specialties include:

  • Women with depression, anxiety, or relationship problems 
  • Couples using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
  • Parenting
  • Young adult development
  • Lifespan Integration (LI)

Kelly Seim is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her MSW from the University of Utah in 2004. She currently works in private practice, and has provided treatment to International populations in a non-profit setting. Kelly is a member of the International Psychotherapy Institute in Chevy Chase, Maryland, and is currently completing their advanced training in Object Relations theory. Kelly's practice addresses issues across the lifespan including those of men, women, and adolescents in the area of:

  • Depression and anxiety/stress
  • Spirituality
  • Childhood Trauma/abuse and family of origin issues
  • Low self esteem and perfectionism
  • Identity confusion
  • Eating disorders and body image issues

Dr. Amy Russell is a Licensed Psychologist and a school psychologist with extensive experience in marriage and family therapy as well as work with adolescents and children.  She specializes in:

  • Learning challenges such as ADHD and high functioning autism
  • Couples using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
  • Family therapy

Nancy Henry is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who received her PhD from the University of Utah.  She has worked in a wide range of treatment settings, including hospitals, medical clinics, and private practice.  She has extensive training in behavioral medicine, working with clients with chronic illness or those needing help with changing health behaviors.  She has also published research on how the marital relationship interacts with physical and mental health.  Her specialties include: 

  • Health related issues - weight/eating issues, smoking cessation, adherence to medical treatment regimes (e.g. heart disease, diabetes), substance abuse
  • Working with past physical, sexual, and emotional trauma
  • Psychological testing 
  • Couples using Emotionally Focused Therapy
  • Individual Adults
